(the first two components of the final price are Lulu's standard fees for such books and not one cent more) The book cannot be purchased yet simply because I want to check that everything is right. I have ordered one copy for myself and as soon as I'll have checked that print, binding and so on are fine I will make the book available for sale on the Lulu website.
